  As a small child I attended this church through out the summer with my Grandparents Ruth and Welby Garrett. That was way back when the church was lit with kerosene lamps and Grandma and I would clean the chimneys and fill them with oil. Grandma Garrett was the superintendent and when he was up front leading us we Always sang "The Old Rugged Cross."
